2330: a few of us have been trying to pull this out but without DSB I just can’t seem to make out a song (just sounds distorted)

The correct frequency seemed to be 6966.5 kHz, mode - LSB. Chinese music and speech, also Chinese national anthem was heard. Most probably China National Radio. Sounded like somebody relaying Chinese official station right from short waves (with QSB and atmospheric noise). Now the station seems to be off, but atmospheric noise is still relayed.
