Someone on 6925USB 2210, but just not strong enough to cut through the usual-as-of-late high noise floor.  Anyone else hearing this?

Sounds like some type of military net imitation. One callsign is Arecibo Alpha One can't make out the other callsign. Heard some references to the presidential science advisor and radar cross-section test. Interesting.
Lost in the static or off around 2320z.

"presidential science advisor and radar cross-section test?"  Are we being invaded by UFO's, or something?  ???

Yes - this was a strange broadcast. Strong enough here to make out what they were saying, but it made almost no sense. Maybe a rebroadcast of something? There was a mention of 18:34 UTC. Closer to 6.920MHz USB.

Isn't there some kind of big telescope in Arecibo?  Now I'm even more convinced we're about to be invaded!!  :o
But, I'm ready, though.  "Klaatu barada nikto!"
