was receiving Captain Morgan Shortwave on 6951 kHz
Dec. 03   0228 zulu   with a strong signal for a while.

Strange, not even the slightest carrier heard here, yet HPRS better than ever, and carrier from NRS.  Different skip tonight, I guess.

I had this as well, it was weaker than his 6925 transmission a short time later.
