SDR recording catch. Not sure what this was. OM with some test counts. He was using very distorted AM, I tuned in LSB for a slightly better (or at least less worse) signal.

Lost ham? Pirate testing? Low budget spy numbers station?

I originally posted this in Other, but after listening to it, I decided it might fit better here, as it sounds like someone trying to emulate The Count from Sesame Street.
