Likewise, solid carrier at 10550, 400Hz tone is pulsing at 4Hz, slow fades 20/S9 to S9

At 0517Z: Centering on 10550.400, 4 Hz tick is on both sidebands here. Signal strength at 10/S9 this morning.

1539 UTC - 10550.4 KHz, both LSB and USB, hearing it in WNY, signal is S5 at best.
Location: Western New York ( Niagara Frontier)
