SINPO 24332 on SDR in Norway at 1935 UTC.

1936 - Song with intro by Slavic male.
1940 - Dark and brooding music with Slavic male speaking over the bed occasionally.
1942 - TX off suddenly.

I checked if it was a 3rd harmonic - should be 1806,3 kHz fundamental, but nothing heard there.

That would be in the 160 meter ham radio band. Seems unlikely.
