Wolverine Radio.  On at 0235z with "Testing, 1,2,3, can you hear me?" interval signal, into ID and 1940's vintage music.  Sam Cooke "Wonderful World" at 0248.  "5 O'Clock World" at 0250.  "My World is Empty Without You" Supremes at 0253.

"World" theme tonight?

Solid S9+20 signal tonight with the usual great audio.

Thanks Wolverine!

Wolverine Radio, 6925 USB, 0303, 12.11.11.  "Hand me down world", "Wonderful World, Beautiful People", ID, "It's a wild world."

Sounds like a "world" theme.

Heard Cat Stevens Wild World, I'd Love to Change the World by Ten Years After, and That's the Way of the World by Earth, Wind, and Fire. They're holding my meter at a solid 15 over 9, and peaking at 20 over.

SIO 555.

Receivers: Elad FDM-SW2  r390a, WJ-8718, Microtelcom Perseus

12/11/11, 6925 USB, 0330z: Just tuned in, hearing Tears for Fears "Everybody Wants to Rule the World", Crowded House "World Where You Live", Wolverine Radio ID, Dire Straits "One World", Van Hagar "Standing On Top Of The World", Go-Go's or Belinda Carlysle (didn't recognize song), Jack Johnson "Waiting on the World to Change"
0352z: SSTV of Earth from space, pretty clear through occasional "zot!" RFI.

SINPO=44423, roller coaster peaks and fades but very low QRN and RFI/QRM tonight so easy to copy songs during peaks.

Nice S-5 signal into north Canada. A few fades but good signal on an otherwise crappy band.

Next weeks contest: guess how many Volkswagons can fit in Joy Behars mouth. I pick five.

Decent signal into central Indiana with just an indoor whip.  Thanks for the show!
