Heard along a 6 mile route parallel to J.E.B Fort Story/ Little Creek coming out of the toyota MW detection device ,on my way for some take out .  Same loop heard last year but this time not at NAS Oceana.  Reception was about the same /fair over the route , although stronger at one point.  Reasonably sure it was coming from there based on last years drive around , that is in both cases generally weak outside the fences.
