Signal is weak and building here, playing "I Touch Myself"  SINPO-24332
Update - not building afterall.  Playing "Radio Gaga" at 1600, not able to copy any talking.

No ID yet, but assuming this is R. Ga Ga: S3-S4 signal with song "Under Pressure" right now at 1608 UTC, not the strongest signal but very clear with no noise or interference to contend with.
