Heard roughly between 2200 and 2230 UTC via the Jumonville, Pa., SDR, with music, an OM announcer, a mention of The Melvins at one point, and giving out an email address.

The signal started out fair to good via the SDR, but deteriorated considerably around 2225 UTC.

I also heard traces of the music and talking fade up a few times at my own receiver out here, but nothing even close to copiable.
