Thanks to a tip, I tuned in via a KiwiSDR in Brazil. Mix of  pop music and IDs via SSTV. I hope to catch them locally if they remain on the air long enough.

2157 UTC I now have a carrier locally on 6120.12 kHz which is the correct frequency, comparing to an SDR in Brazil.
