Tuned in at 0020, fair signal with low noise, nice selection of urban contemporary tunes, ID as "MRI, Mix Radio International", at 0045utc faded to poor/weak, at 0046 a Motown song,

Somewhat weak here with the sound but the signal level is strong 10 over 9 there is a lot of noise on these frequencies tonight!!! at 00:41UTC
