0235 DDJ on the mic.
0236 Bit of some tune, cut out to DDJ's chuckles. Robin, then song started up at 0237

0309 DDJ on the mic. Signal is still OK but not as good as it was.
0310 "Eminence Front" The Who
0316 another bit of silence after song was over before DDJ came on. Checking for requests (I think).
0317 WDDR ID, says he's surprised nobody has something... If that's a call for a request, I'll ask for "Elizabeth" by Die Kruezen. You'll probably have to go out on youtube for it.
0319 "Gimme Shelter" Rolling Stones
0323 DDJ on the mic. Sounding pretty slurred there, fella. ;)
0324 "Brass in Pocket" The Pretenders
0327 "Rock the Casbah" The Clash
0331 "Brass in Pocket" started up again for a moment, but DDJ changed it to "I'd Love to Change the World" Ten Years After, remarking that he's "totally wasted."
0335 A brief bit of "Working Man" but changed to "I Can See Clearly Now" Jimmy Cliff
0338 DDJ on the mic, he did not think that he would make it this far. Proceeds to a few minutes of various noises. Hope you're OK, DDJ.
0344 still hearing occasional noises. DDJ just coughed.

.... after several minutes without hearing anything else, it looks like DDJ may have passed out or otherwise left the shack. Not the normal way he signs off, even when very drunk, so I hope he's fine. Thanks for the show!

Here's a bit of DDJ's banter from 0155 UTC: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d0CNtuJfScI

2343  "Testing 1,2,3", ID "Those little white lies." .... program of "little" themed songs - mostly from 40's, 50's, 60's then SSTV (hummingbird, with "Wolverine Radio") straight into Drunken DJ with WDDR.

S8 here throughout the programs.

Great signal.  Thanks for the programs

2344 - SIO 555 into west Michigan with "Little White Lies"

Thanks for another great show!

Try Robitussin and vodka.  Thank me later. :-)

Will you play the song "Tapestry" by Carole King?

Also, not sure if you're a fan of Mark Knopfler, but...

0300 - Band going long.  Getting slightly weaker here.  Time to bump the LNA.

0342 - I've cranked up the gain and the LNA.  Nothing here except the occasional man-made sounds.

Tuned in at 2351utc, good signal with low noise, hear tune from 30's or 40's, Wolverine ID at 2352utc, "little" themed show with songs having the word "little" in them such as "dream a little dream of me", Wolverine ID every third song, good show as usual, thanks, echo ID at 0048 followed by SSTV/FAX then off. Immediately after Wolverine bcst WDDR came on with fair signal and nice tunes from late 60's early 70's, ID as drunken DJ radio.

S9+10 peaks at 2353z and SINPO 54444 via the 148' loop-on-ground and preamp. Some regional static crashes, which are typical for my location and current season. Strong modulation and armchair copy.

Thanks for the broadcast!

BTW, a shout-out from Radio Humperdoo (6925USB) to Wolverine Radio (6935USB) occurred at 2351z.

Not a loud signal out here near Seattle, but very audible using just the whip antenna on my radio. Music as of 0017 UTC.

0042 UTC: Timbuk 3 “The Little Things”
0044 UTC: Spin Doctors “Little Miss Can’t Be Wrong”
0048 UTC: SSTV transmission. Then I heard part of what the OM announcer said; think he mentioned he has to go soon. Followed by Steely Dan's "Third World Man."
0056 UTC: OM announcer mentioned he won't go too long and has been on his back for three days watching TV. Then "Look into the Sun" by Jethro Tull.
0101 UTC: OM says he will shortly take requests from HFU posters, then mentions uncorking his wine bottle and talks about the wine a bit. Gives "WDDR, Drunken DJ Radio" ID, then "Heart of Gold" by Neil Young.
0105 UTC: Talks about his YL making an ID and then plays MDK2's request of "Little Queen" by Heart.
0111 UTC: Talks about HFU requests, then plays recorded ID, then into Elvis Costello's "I Don't Want to (Go to Chelsea)." (Good choice!)
0115 UTC: Looking at HFU board for requests (Hey, DDR: how about anything by The Clash?)
. And then "Ziggy Stardust" by Bowie.
0119 UTC: OM sings a bit of "Ziggy" and then looks through postings for requests. "Robin" speaks up for Skipmuck, then into "In France They Kiss ..." by Joni Mitchell.
The signal's up to steady and fair now here on my radio.
0124 UTC: OM talks a bit more about the HFU requests, gives ID and plays "We Hunt Buffalo" by Heavy Low.
0129 UTC: "I've Been Lonely Too Long" by the Young Rascals
0133 UTC: OM identifies the song, plays "Robin" giving an ID or two after his own ID, then "True" by Concrete Blonde.
0137 UTC: Gets back into HFU board for requests, gives ID into "I Can Make You Dance" by Zapp.
0142 UTC: OM goes back to his own playlist, plays a "Robin" ID ("If you don't like what you're hearing, just tune somewhere else"). Then Hendrix' "All Along the Watchtower."
0147 UTC: OM chatting again, then a Robin ID, into "Johnny's Garden" by Stephen Stills.
0151 UTC: Calls out RedHat and his request, followed by him and Robin giving IDs, then plays "Hurdy Gurdy Man" by Donovan.
0155 UTC: Mentions his "old hippie" tastes in music, has Robin give a message to RedHat and then "Love Me Like a Man" by Bonnie Raitt.
