Props from here were OK from the N and NE (QC, Maritimes, and NU) around 0300, and then everything went into the terlet.

Thanks for the info. That prompted me to look at the decode graph for last night, and I see a steady decline in the decode rate from about 0200 or 0300 UTC.  The DST seemed OK, it was likely one of the many other things we don't know about propagation  ;D  Maybe the lightning from the hurricane?
