Radio Appalachia 6924.9
2345-0100 UTC: Hillbilly music, fast picking mandolin, clear Radio Appalachia ID.  Johnny Cash "Were You There (When They Crucified My Lord)?" heard twice at 0005z and 0034z.  Three Stooges "Quiet, numbskulls, I'm broadcasting!", a signature Radio Appalachia audio bit.  "Hello Walls", Jim Reeves? Eddie Arnold?  Song with man calling out names of several C&W classic singers, including Eddie Arnold, Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, etc.  Ended with song with lyrics something like "Never, never touch a woman, you'll be sorry if you do ... she'll make a monkey out of you", etc., hard to copy through fades.
SINPO - 31322, good audio during signal peaks, can't tell if AM or USB, seems audible in AM and USB, but not LSB.  (Two carriers, approx. 0.2 kHz apart, second inaudible station possibly Liquid Radio.)
