Signal at the noise floor with some peaks above, feedback heavy rock.

EDIT - played back on the SDR recording, found that broadcast began at 0046 - updated subject line to reflect this. Station ID at 0051 UTC. Signal was never better than fair with lots of fades, so there was a lot that couldn't be made out. Nothing copied after 0057 UTC.
