Hi,
Yesterday 15th September at 07:36 I could hear from my current QTH (Northern Spain) what I suppose is a coastal station or coastal warning service (a woman voice) in French and later on in English giving meteo details of the Mediterranean area (Corse, Cerdeña, Elba Island, St. Madalena, etc...) The station signed off at 07:47z.

I cannot find any information on it. Any clue? Maybe militar?

Thank you in advance.

From your description it sounds like maritime radio, either side of 8.727MHz is aviation channels:

8.825MHz  USB  MWARA NAT-E sector Canary Islands, Azores (Santa Maria) and New York USA, all in English.

8.828MHz  USB  VOLMET VPAC with aviation weather broadcasts all in English, New Zealand and Honolulu.

Dual language French & English is strange too, at 0747z it would not be audible this way so little point for me to monitor it as no propagation.

Yaesu FT-1000D, Yaesu FT-2000D, ICOM IC-736 HF/50MHz, ICOM IC R75 & Tecsun S-2000 to 450 feet of wire, 27MHz 1/2 wave CB antenna converted to 21MHz & a multi band vertical of dubious reliability.
