unknown atmospheric music with occasional station ID, S9+20 in central Pennsylvania

OFF abruptly at 2036 UTC, but was dropping out occasionally while I was listening to it

Back up at 2057 UTC with unid instrumental music
2101 UTC OM said something briefly, then back to ambient music
2108 UTC Finally Shazam ID'd the long song as "Will of the Wind"-Vangelis
2109 UTC OM ID'd as Buddha Radio over the song
2111 UTC OFF
