I have Eccentric Shortwave on 6925 USB at 0005 UTC (12/25) with a good S9 signal and various music related to Christmas. ID by a digital voice.

About an S3 here. I can hear music, but that's about it. 

Ahh, at 0010 the signal just came up to S5. "Santa Baby".

Ahhhh....this must be what I had. I listened for about 30 minutes, but could never copy an ID. Very weak here, but I did hear Christmas music.
