Undercover Radio 6930u 12/28/11 0026 UTC

0026utc just above the S3 noise floor with ID by Dr. Benway at 0028utc and talk that was only about 25% understandable, mentioned broadcasting at Big Sur (I don't think he was referring to present time).  Signal came up a bit at 0035utc but disappeared for me at 0037utc.

Much better signal here, clear IDs right away. I had it in LSB on 6930 on the nose, so not sure if it was in DSB or if he switched modes. I thought maybe it was being relayed by Turtlehead Radio, but maybe not.

Hey Andy, I checked my SDR recording and found no trace of the signal in LSB here during signal peaks.
