1530 talking, several voices, bits of music at times, but under high T-storm activity and a strong RTTY on 6358, I can't tell more about that station.
1551 half in E, maybe a language lesson, 1555
1610 pop, stormy, RTTY on U-side, 1613 talking (Chinese ?)

Echo of Hope has changed its frequency to run away from North Korean jammer. The same cat-and-mouse game is on 6250/6255 kHz.
