1303 pop oldie, on 6254.75 then up again, singer
then music and talking, 1310 pop, 1314 rock
1316 Joe Dassin "Champs-Elysées", ut. burst
1319 music, on 6254.6+, 1321 DJ in D, blues
1326 rock, 1329 song, 1331 on 6254.45 now, 1332 ID:Radio ....., pop
1333 on 6254.4, 1334 talking, music, 1340 "Babycome back",
1341 talking, Blue -- Radio, 1342 music, on 6254.3
1345 Rolling Stones "Brown sugar" ? (very weak !)
1349 this is Blue (Man? Wave?) Radio, music, 1351 "Bus stop"
OK, dxace1, just that Blue Wave is a new name, (and Blue Man is a known one),
1354 "Do it again" on 6254.25,  1358 song in D~~
1401 pop (known...), DJ, early 60's pop, D song, on 6254.15,
1409 Santana

1319 UTC with music....ID at about 1339 as "Blue Wave Radio"
UPDATE:   Definitely Blue Wave Radio with multiple IDs as of 1349 UTC
