Chinese programming on 11170 kHz

Chinese broadcast-style programming at 0050 UTC on Oct. 21 on 11170 kHz. Audible in both AM and USB mode. Off by around 0100 UTC.

This is the second time I've encountered a Chinese broadcast on this frequency in the past week. Anybody with an idea what this might be? Could it be CNR being used as a jammer for Sound of Hope?

Yes, SoH has been using 11170 kHz (and 11160 kHz), and yes, the Chinese have been using CNR1 to jam SoH.  I have run across both it and Firedrake jamming S0H on 11170 kHz,

Thanks for relocating this to the correct queue and for the answer! Only stumbled upon this because I caught a few EAM transmissions on neighboring 11175 kHz USB earlier this weekend.
