RU 5775 CW 2225 UTC 29 Oct 2019

2225-.30 I was interested in 5775 very nice CW signal and turned on the decoder.
The Russian station with a semi-open text gave a warning about the danger zone in the Baltic Sea near the Polish coast - map number, squares and other data. Unfortunately, I didn't save the record to quote it here.
At 2301 a shorter letter message was already encrypted.
I suppose it was a military station (maybe Kaliningrad?), and not a civilian one.
