1745 UTC: “This is Halloween” song from "The Nightmare Before Christmas"
1749 After a witch sound effect, OM gave the ID of "Pumpkin Patch Radio.” Then gave an email address of pumpkinpatchradio@gmail.com.
Then music? The noise and fading are taking over the signal.
1754 UTC: Can hear voices and sound effects under the static and noise via a D.C. SDR.
1759 UTC: Sounds like it's off now.
