0229 - signal doing well, S8 to S9, occasional light fade, "Come Into Our Room" Clinic

Listening via Northern Utah SDR, as it's rising at no better than noise-floor level up here at my house.

0108 UTC: "Riders in the Sky" by The Outlaws
0111 UTC: Redhat chatting with the "Halloween" theme song going in the background, reading HFU posts and giving the email address.
** stepped away from the radio **
0125 UTC: Heard Redhat chatting, an ID, then "Killing Moon" by Echo & the Bunnymen
0131 UTC: After brief chatting and ID, "Possum Kingdom" by the Toadies
0137 UTC: Redhat named the previous songs, then "Ava Adore" by the Smashing Pumpkins
0142 UTC: "Ghost Town" cover by Shiny Toy Guns. Still listening via Utah, as the signal's still nonexistent up here near Seattle.
0145 UTC: "Hocus Pocus" by Focus. A great classic!
0153 UTC: Redhat chatting and giving shoutouts (including to me!). Then read emails and chatboard fodder, including my requests, more chat, then a canned ID.
0158 UTC: "Don't Fear the Reaper" by Blue Oyster Cult. Just checked the SDR across town from me up here, and there's a trace of the signal now.
0203 UTC: Canned ID, then "Darkness, Darkness" by The Youngbloods.
0207 UTC: "Monster Hash" by The Toyes, then "The Legend of Wooley Swamp" by The Charlie Daniels Band, followed by "The Creature from the Black Lagoon" by Dave Edmunds.
0219 UTC: Redhat chatting about the previous songs, gave the phone number and email address and talked about the lousy propagation. Then played "TNT for the Brain" by Enigma and "Come into our Room" by Clinic.
0232 UTC: Redhat chatting, giving HFU shoutouts and reading posts here, then played "Ghosts 'n' Stuff" by Deadmau5. After intro by Redhat, "Hands Around My Throat" by Death in Vegas, then "The Raven" by The Alan Parsons Project.
0251 UTC: Redhat back, then played "Into the Void" by Nine Inch Nails. Just checked the local SDR again up here, and the traces of the signal aren't audible anymore. Still listening via Northern Utah.
0255 UTC: "Aenima" by Thomas V. Warren, then "Aenema" by Tool.
0304 UTC: Redhat chatting, giving shoutouts again and wrapping up the broadcast. Played "When the Levee Breaks" by A Perfect Circle.
0314 UTC: One last ID, then off. Thanks for all the music tonight, Redhat!

I have been using online receivers because of strong data hash interference in my neighborhood that I believe is caused by Uverse squeezing up to 100mb/sec through ordinary pairs of wires. I don't have Uverse but neighbors do. williamhassig@yahoo.com
