1420 S9+  The Kaliningrad District military flights still use this channel without scrambling.
The audio is ugly, mumbling. There are often some other UT digi in the channel in the form of a comb about 5kHz wide, but there is no transmit coordination between them.
In a receiver that is about 150 km east of me, there is no UT.
High Sky Loop through the X-Phase Eliminator allows you to reduce its level by about 3S.
1450 S9 + M Ru dispatcher said: 760th you can't hear you.
The pilots' response is on another channel unknown to me.
