Lots of fading and TIS QRM - 111 to 333

2217 - Shame On The Moon (S7)
2224 - now S2 - too weak to understand
2225 - L-O-V-E (S5)
2228 - Hudson Valley NJ TIS QRM
2229 - Getaway (S1)
2232 - All Of Me (S4)
2237 - faded out - only hear TIS
2244 - now back playing Last Nite
2245 - Eye Of The Tiger
2246 - finally got a good clear ID, (om) - "This is ... from Shawshank - Tater Patch Radio..."
2247 - Basket Case
2251 - Eye Of The Tiger (again)
2253 - Hudson Valley NJ TIS QRM
2257 - propagation changing - now the local Flight 93 Memorial TIS is booming in

Thanks for the new one!

Finally!!!!!! Heard this station on the truck stereo coming back from work. Heard the ending of a phone interview, followed by 70's and 80's pop music. I could never hear this on 1630kHz, due to KCJJ plowing in where I am, but 1710Khz is doable, albeit weak with very deep fades. Back home on the Windom and an Icom IC-745, peaked to an S9 once, but got weaker afterwards. Still catch at 03:40UTC, but used USB and turned off my AGC to MAX out my gain. This one has been a tough one for me, but finally had.
I was asked, yet another weird question, of how I would like to be buried, when I finally bite the big one. The answer was actually pretty easy. Face-down, like a certain historical figure in the late 1980's, (I will not mention who, but some of you will get it, and that's enough.) Why??? It would be a burial that will satisfy everyone: (1) My enemies will say that it will show me where to go. (2) On the same point, I can have my enemies kiss my butt. (3) It will temporarily give someone a place to park a bicycle. See??? A WIN / WIN for everyone.

Heard on the car radio from Harrisonburg, VA to home on both 1630 and 1710. At home, 1710 was better, but 1630 was better in Harrisonburg, while mixing with KCJJ. Tater Patch Radio ID “'80s,  . . . the decade of Molly Ringwald's breasts . . . Tater Patch Radio, just good music, like this” into Van Halen “Hot for Teacher” at about 2257. I think it switched to IDs from another station, then into a '50s rockabilly song. I think this was a documentary about rockabilly, announced by either an Australian or British woman. Later, heard two guys talking at length & mentions of 1630 and 1710. One other song I heard was Eagles "Lonesome Loser." Pretty good here in the driveway on 1710 while mixing with WQFG689, but not really audible on the R8. Couldn't listen all that well while driving because of road noise
