Good signal via NA5B SDR in D.C. ... not audible at my place or any of the Western U.S. SDRs I just checked.

2221 UTC: "Polkarama!" by Weird Al
2222 UTC: OM ID with "Voice of Weird Al" into "Ebay"
2226 UTC: "The Weird Al Show Theme" then "Polka Power!"
2232 UTC: OM with ID and email addy of voiceofweirdal@gmail.com and said he's signing off.

Music heard and then into pop sounding tunes. Weak signal, but clear audio details. The meter bounces between S7 and S8. Thanks for the broadcast.
