Never heard that call sign before.

Nice catch! I also noticed active and unusual EAM activity today, also at 15016 and 11175u at 19:38z UNID station (I think blackbody, now that you mention it)  with EAM:

6XPSON: "For reason (region? sounded like reason))Bravo, for reason Charlie", w2kllviq5gwnsd, same EAM then repeated by Andrews

the reason(region) part new to me.  Always interesting to hear something a little different on HFGCS stations
