No problem when you have your own reactors like Kim and Al. Joyce's brother, Great Leader Kim Il Sung had her steal Al's advanced reactor plans when she was "dating" him.

BTW, Svetlana Fansome is still on the run after running a crypto scheme between 2015 and 2018 from the Ukraine and Bulgaria. A pretty face and bodacious ta-ta's confuses the geeks. Don't look at them and you'll be fine.
