I’m with you! I want that little beacon to be in the best of health. I’d love to give it a 50 watt panel and a car battery.

Hearing Windy this morning at 1350z, about 0550 local, well before sunup.  So it is working through the night.  Too weak for me to hear the B voltage though, would probably be storng enough to make out except for the pesky voice traffic on freq.

(edit)  Got it, TMP 47 and B 11.5

Windy with a strong signal still sending "S this evening. Also some activity around the frequency I do not normally see. What sounds like analog voice inversion scrambling in a USB conversation at 4100.3 KHz with Windy audible in the bandpass. Also what I am assuming is a pirate broadcaster with music in USB at 4107 KHz. Announcer talking between songs is difficult to make out to make an ID. Pirate music broadcaster and scrambled USB conversation gone at 02:15 UTC.  Sounds like some "drunken sailors" starting to fade in on 4110 KHz at 02:20 UTC.

Fun evening in the 4100 KHz beacon/pirate/drunken sailor band!

I'm hearing Windy this morning sending telemetry as usual, around 1135 UTC. Too weak to decode, but the first time I have heard it operating normally in quite some time.

No sign of A on 2097, however.
