Thanks to N0XU for the reminder about the KPH HF KiwiSDR. I've never really been thorough about capturing all of the available HF SDRs

4102.840 KHz  Windy with a fair signal here. Slight breeze. Temp 86 and battery 11.9v

Windy coming in circa 1200 UTC 28 Feb 2020, sending telemetry, but a little too weak to copy. Lots of wind. So I cheated and used a NV KiwiSDR: TMP 59  B 113

Last night, at about 0400 UTC on 29 Feb, 2020, I noticed it was in fail mode.  Since it had been cloudy in the region all day and the bat voltage was reporting low that is not really surprising.  This morning (1300 UTC) still in that mode.

Logging Windy on the central coast of CA this afternoon (5PM local) using just the Degen and its built in whip.

Lots of wind pips and the battery voltage is 11.9v (even on a very sunny California day like today). Might need a new cell....

Really good to hear it again.

Windy with some wind dits an telemetry at 1103 UTC 3 Mar 2020. Too much static right now to decode.

Managed to copy some telemetry circa 1124 UTC: TMP 54 B115, anyone know what what voltage Windy switches to just sending S ?
