S9 signal, but for some reason difficult to make out the audio, modulation may be low. Sounds like some sort of a comedy skit, with phones ringing and lots of profanity.

2320z WPOD ID, weak in NH this eve... couldn't make out any of the comedy routines (or whatever)

JonM sez the programming was more like WBOG, I could have easily mis-heard the ID...
