Coming in s7 in Kingston, Ontario. SSTV and music. 6925USB. I caught the tail end of an SSB image, not enough to make heads or tails of it.

This is a "QR Code", a type of 2D barcode. I've tried a couple of online decoders, but they don't seem to work. Perhaps someone has a cell phone that can run such a reader; most of them seem to be written for cell phone use, rather than online use.

Thanks to Al's brilliant deduction, I was able to get a decode from the SSTV image, and did a short writeup on the wiki: http://www.hfunderground.com/wiki/WPON
