In a recording, both DW 4095.67 and Windy 4102.85 faded in to good level for a few minutes around 0910.

I also noted an apparent dasher - not sure if it is actually so - fading up to good level around 1217 on 8503.5 with abt 60 dashes/second.  Will keep a thumbtack on this one.
