Into SDR Detroit via the Perseus a great signal of 20-30 DB's over s9.
Into Peorie, ILL s7 to s9 @0210 hrs.

In the past, TRSW has QSLed from reports here.  They asked for program details, your location or name of SDR you were listening on, SINPO, and whatever else you think makes a good report.

According to their website, correct, detailed reports will be verified with a new design eQSL. 

Without going back and counting the eQSLs I have, I recall there have been five or six designs, so this would be number six or seven.
