Partial India Radio 6950 USB 2205 UTC 5 Jan 2020

Station sounding like a live feed to a TV program, or whatever discussing uses of marijuana. Signal strength is S8 and noise reduction needed to get it out of the hash. Thanks for the unusual program with effects and other stuff.

Bandwidth is 4 kHz. Cool stuff.

2306 tuned into brief talk, "This is the Underseas service of Partial India Radio," into "interview" with Yoko Ono - all answers were parts of Indian music.

S6 and somewhat noisy.
