SDR recording catch. I noticed the carrier appear using Carrier Sleuth, so checking the audio turned up some music starting around 0014 UTC. Slightly better around 0016 UTC but still tough with the QRM from the Hudson County TIS. Off at 0301 UTC. 

Maybe Tater Patch Radio?
