OM with heavy Spanish accent but speaking in English- using NATO identifiers to spell out various & seemingly unrelated words - one obviously was C-O-M-B-U-S-T-I-B-L-E.
After each word a YL answered in English again though heavy Spanish accent.
OM was 555 but YL was 222 at best.
In between words spelled in NATO identifiers, the talk between the OM and the YL was in Spanish.
Stumbled across this one.  Not sure what it was.

Possibly a military training net?  That, or another mystery Spanish language net on HF :D  8)

You may be correct.  I found a YouTube video from 2013 that someone posted - same frequency, same MO.....may even have been the same OM!

Also I found a post by Josh about this same frequency noting it may be the Venezuelan Navy based on mt-milcom blog.
