This Saint Helens, Oregon, station is officially assigned to 1600 kHz but has been testing on 1610, according to a couple of MW DXing sites. I didn't know that when I stumbled upon it last night and heard ads for Columbia County and Scappoose, Oregon, then a promo for KOHI’s website and then a religious sermon program until another ad break at 0725 UTC. KOHI is 153 miles in distance from me; it's reportedly testing with 1 kW.
