WEAK was a terrific station, run by a genuinely good guy.  Lots of activity and variety, great signal and audio.  Helluva good run.

WEAK was one of the pirates for whom I had a great deal of respect.  As Sealord said, he was "a class act", and a genuinely nice guy.  (Fantastic QSLs too ... the Popular Electronics cover is one of my all-time favourites.)

What I learned after his bust about how he relayed shows for other people without seeking credit only solidified my respect.

Thanks for all the great entertainment WEAK.  You are missed.

A biiiiig F.U. to "anyone" responsible for "helping" the F.C.C. w/this, if ya know whuttameans.   (Big thumbs up to the previous post by Al)
I miss my friend, the correspondence I had w/him, and the rock-solid sigs I heard up on the mountain, the great shows, and the classic e-QSL's.  I don't know how any loser could possibly want these shows stopped; I guess loser is the key word here!

I started this thread because I wanted to show my appreciation for WEAK Radio and all of the programming he aired over the past few years. I'd rather not get onto other topics or theories about what happened to the station. I'm addressing those in another thread. Thanks to the unid relay station for giving us all a good taste of what WEAK Radio was like a few weeks ago.
