I tuned in and heard Spanish programming, with a promo or ID that mentioned “Radio Luz” and a quick legal ID in English at the top of the hour. That was followed by contemporary Christian songs in Spanish that matched the station’s online stream when I checked.

The signal deteriorated in the 10 minutes after that, with more interference from an unidentified station (possibly KFOX), as well as fluttery fading. This X-bander is listed as 1,000 watts at night; distance from me is approximately 1,020 miles.
