Sounds like about 18:55 another station came up on frequency and now I can hear both fading up and down   :(

MAC Shortwave noted signing on at 1757 with "Hey Joe". Dr Who playing music by the Bangles, Black Sabbath, Theme From Spiderman, etc. Very strong here in Massachusetts! S-9 +20

Dr Who show is still going strong at 1916Z
There is a carrier about 100 Hz above him. It's getting stronger here.
