Metabolic disorders and COVID-19
« on: March 21, 2020, 2117 UTC »
As you've no doubt seen in the media, most of the fatalities from COVID-19 are from patients with previous conditions, especially metabolic disorders.  Please consider doing what you can to improve your health with a better diet. While it won't prevent you from getting the virus, anything you can do to improve your metabolic health (insulin resistance / diabetes, blood pressure, heart disease, etc) may improve your outcome. And independent of the coronavirus, you are looking at a better quality of life overall.

There's lots of recipes posted here already, and I am more than willing to answer any questions someone may have about switching to a healthier low carbohydrate/sugar diet.
