People who live in glass houses...
« on: March 15, 2020, 1834 UTC »
::) People who live in glass houses, shouldn't throw stones. Have you ever listened to a friend and thought that to yourself? Now, I understand some people have closed minds and only allow exceptions for their own friends and families, but have you ever heard of a "friend" talking about you on a blog and thought to yourself.." you complaining about him, and you do shady..illegal things yourself!"
Well it happened to me recently..

Anyone have any thoughts?

The only people that use blogs are teenage girls, Lumpy. Don't fight with them It reflects poorly on you and some of them are pretty good sized. Send Eddie Haskell, he always knows what to do.

Pigmeat- thank you
I appreciate that..and ur right.
Thankfully the TURD has stopped talking about me, for now. I only do what I need to do to reach the few ppl we have left on the CB radio. We are so spread out now, long distance contacts are my "locals" now. Most are 20-45mls away, and you just can't use 4w to do it anymore. Who cares anyways, its CB!
I HOPE YOU ALL STAY SAFE AND WELL..

We have a HUGE a$$-hole ham operator(Matt Bohl W7ZFG) in Phoenix now running about 1500 watts on 38LSB and on AM channel 19 raising hell and causing problems and jamming the frequencies, playing music and all sorts of crap ! He got into it with me and now raises hell every night, he's close to me so it's a problem so I just go to another channel, but I have a feeling people are going to get tired of this mental midget, who by the way is an ex convict for drug and other offenses, and people are going to take matters into their own hands because Lord knows the FCC won't do anything about this idiot !

Back in the 80's, there was a very close analpore 1/2 mile down the hill from me whom pissed-off two states, four counties, and every town he'd visit. He even ran fake call signs on the 10M band, and back then you could get away with it, for a while. However, even when he ran so-called barefoot power, he still spurred a harmonic at X5 the fundamental FREQ. i.e., CB CH19 = 27.185MHz X 5 = 135.930MHz. I had a scanner that did AM aircraft band, so when that dude keyed up on CB CH19, I knew it right away over the scanner. A bit more difficult on CH38 LSB, but you could still do that to tell that someone very close is keying up there. 27.385MHz X 5 = 136.930MHz. When the scanner stops and unsquelches on SSB in AM mode, then you'll know he's there. And, when these dudes ran power with CB's, they almost always kick spurs more into the aircraft VHF band. Hey, no doubt that he covertly monitors YOU, so here's a way to keep monitoring HIM. Certainly nothing illegal about monitoring that way. Oh BTW... Don't have a scanner that does AM aircraft band? Then try an analog tuning FM receiver at the very end of the dial, i.e. 27.185MHz X 4 = 108.740MHz. Many of the older analog receivers can go there. If anything, this is a nice experiment to show and learn how harmonics work.
I was asked, yet another weird question, of how I would like to be buried, when I finally bite the big one. The answer was actually pretty easy. Face-down, like a certain historical figure in the late 1980's, (I will not mention who, but some of you will get it, and that's enough.) Why??? It would be a burial that will satisfy everyone: (1) My enemies will say that it will show me where to go. (2) On the same point, I can have my enemies kiss my butt. (3) It will temporarily give someone a place to park a bicycle. See??? A WIN / WIN for everyone.

I only run a hundred or less watts. Funny thing is though, the guy bitching isn't ever on the air.. talk about trying to "Own" a channel.
In case you haven't figured it out yet, I'm the guy 45Auto is talking about in "man without a life"
Just to correct him though, its a 59' Rohn 25G tower with lmr400ultraflex and 1/2" hardline.. for my 2m..still not sure if I'm using a colossal 10k or not for 10-12m.

Ahhh Lib dems...lol
