Nice dead carrier for the past 10 min or so. If no audio comes up, I'll delete this post, but thought I'd mention it in case the op sees it or programming starts & others can catch it earlier

I was up dusting off the Drakes, I've had a bad feeling about the DR-4, but it sounded real good this morning when I ran across this one. I've seen it discussed before.  It seems to me it's mil-com's of some type.

While we're on the topic, I guess the carrier around 6994 is also a milcom?

I am not sure of the source, but it has been there for a long time.
