Radio Vanuatu, Port Vila, Vanuatu with Pacific regional news started at 1000z with male & female announcers in Tok Pidgin langauge. 5X9 plus 10dB over report.

Yaesu FT-1000D, Yaesu FT-2000D, ICOM IC-736 HF/50MHz, ICOM IC R75 & Tecsun S-2000 to 450 feet of wire, 27MHz 1/2 wave CB antenna converted to 21MHz & a multi band vertical of dubious reliability.

For a little over a week, R. Vanuatu had been silent on all their frequencies, BUT today (March 24)
RV returned again. Hallelujah!!! Observed on 3945 kHz. from 0910 UTC till covered by Japan starting
at *0950 UTC. 

At *1000 UTC, RV started on 2485 kHz., till off at 1059:46* UTC. Wonderful to hear them again!

March 25 - R. Vanuatu, on 3945 kHz. from tune in at 0920 UTC till blocked by start up of Japan at *0950, as usual.

*1000 UTC, start of RV on 2485 kHz., with music; 1003*, announcer started taking and suddenly went off the air;
they did not return again!
