Someone QRM'ing SanFran ATC?

This morning, ~1530 UTC there was heavy air traffic on 6655 and the controller repeatedly had to ask planes for repeats due to interference.

There was very high data rate digital coming in about the same strength with 1 second bursts every 30 seconds or so.

I wonder who the scum ute was risking the safety of thousands? ???

So that's what happens when someone leaves their cell phone on during a flight!  Guess I'd better start tuning mine off from now on! :-[
