UNID 6844 usb/lsb? 2124utc 03/03/2012 -- Just happened on an OM voice in EE (I think) repeating something over and over. Def sounded automated. Heard only about a minute before it stopped abruptly at 2125utc. Recorded but never had it zeroed in completely.

First Recording: UNID_6844_2124-2125_20120303.mp3

The last 10 seconds or so is where I switched over to lsb and tried to bring it in again. Haven't heard this before. Weird.

ON AGAIN NOW! @2150+  6843.9usb -- Ended @2154utc that time.

Second Recording: UNID_68439usb_2150-2154_20120303.mp3

"Federal __"?, "Seven Oh__"? "Double Oh___"???

Third time just started @2211utc but sig is a good bit weaker now... "Gen-er-al ___"? Four beats/syllables to it whatever the hell it is. Ended @2214utc on this third time.

"General Tso".  Someone's ordering Chinese take-out, and trying to make themselves understood over the crappy drive-thru intercom.   :D

LOL @ Seamus ;D
These were some interesting hits, (Signal One and General Tso), haven't heard anything like it before myself.  Maybe Chris, Token, Lex or some others will have some idea. Thanks for posting the files!

Actually, after listening to the "Signal One" recording, this one definitely sounds to me like "Signal Two" ("sig-i-nal two"), particularly in the first couple of repetitions on the second link up above.  6940 and 6844 on the dial...

>Seamus: After listening to it a few times I think you're right on "Signal Two" "Sig-i-nal Two". Was the extra sill-a-bull that had me second guessing. Thanks. Kooky stuff. There was a bunch of usb/lsb comms going on right around both.
